Princeton Academy of Art provides its students with world class instruction in the heart of Princeton, New Jersey. Our instructors are part of a tradition that has been passed down for over 250 from teacher to student. Our curriculum is a preservation of the teachings of the Russian Academy, who before us, preserved the knowledge of the Italian and French Academies. This tradition in conjunction with the deep understanding of art history, mythology and theory that you will receive at the Academy will give you the strongest base possible to become a successful contemporary artist.

Studying full time gives students the most comprehensive learning experience possible. Princeton Academy of Art serves as a gateway to classical knowledge and abundant resources for its’ students.

Our programs are designed to assist not only artists who are just beginning their journey, but also professional artists trying to refine their technical skills. Our students range the following professions; classical artists, tattoo artists, psychologists, bio chemists, architects and newly graduated high school students to name only a few. Our community is diverse and connected through their study at the Academy. The skills and knowledge learned in your time studying here will enable you to excel in the art world and will open your eyes to a new way of viewing art and the world around you.
